From a single project supporting famine-stricken communities in Sudan in 1984 to reaching 11.1 million people in 2023, Islamic Relief and its development programmes have supported 120 million people to date, thanks to the generous support of our donors and partners.
In 2023, Islamic Relief provided a lifeline for Gaza, Türkiye, Sudan and more during ongoing crises. We reached communities the world hears little about, like the people of Mali and Niger, whose lives and livelihoods have been transformed through our development programmes. And we continued to campaign on issues like gender justice and tackling climate change, which will benefit generations to come.
