Young Muslims of Australia (YMA) is an Australia-wide youth organisation. They are dedicated to learning and living the Islamic way of life in Australia. YMA has proudly served the community since the 1980s, with participants and beneficiaries in every state.
They aim to provide facilities and programs that fulfil the educational, social and spiritual needs of our youth. As well as encourage the community to bring benefit not only towards themselves, but to all of creation.
YMA began in the 1980s with a small group of Muslim youth who set out to establish regular study circles across Melbourne. Over time, the initiative grew through service, brotherhood, and uniting upon Prophetic character.
Today, YMA hosts annual youth development camps, weekend schools, family events and other community gatherings. Over the past 30 years, they have transformed lives toward a stronger Islamic identity. Where they bringing dedication, practical excellence, and a firm focus on traditional Islam to the community.

Vision: Promotion of a spiritually aware, cohesive, educated and productive Australian Muslim community that adopts rahmah, mahabbah and ihsan as key principles.
Mission: Provide spiritual, social, educational and economic opportunities and guide Australian Muslim Youth towards positive Islamic values.
YMA seeks to build a future where every member of our community feels valued, supported, and empowered to contribute positively to society, especially our youth.
