Du’as for Marriage
For Muslims, marriage is a sacred act of worship, fulfilling half the deen for Muslim men and holding immense importance for Muslim women. As such, we can make specific du’as for marriage, whether to find righteous spouses or protect our marriages.
Al-Hakim narrated in Al-Mustadrak from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
Whomever Allah blesses with a righteous wife, He has helped him with half of his religion, so let him fear Allah with regard to the other half.
Hadith | Al-Mustadrak
Below are some du’as for a successful marriage:

The following du’a can be recited for a good/healthy marriage, pregnancy and for your children:

Our Lord, grant us from among our spouses and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous.
Du’a for goodness in all aspects
The following du’a is the supplication made by Prophet Musa (AS) when he was traveling to Madyan. He took shade under a tree and had no shelter, and was over ridden with fear.
Although this du’a is not connected to marriage or for your spouse, it is recited as a general du’a for goodness and when scared of some type of outcome
